November 7 - November 9, 2014
Theme: AWAKENING TO ONENESS: PERSONAL LOVE AND COSMIC POWER. There is a living Presence of radiant love and cosmic power at the heart of all things. Every person’s life and every part of the natural world shimmer with a vitality of divine energy and glory. We live in a time of transition and unknowing, inviting us to wake up to oneness. This essential unity is the ground of all being and possibility. On this retreat, we will explore the inspired wisdom of Teilhard de Chardin, mystic, paleontologist and prophetic visionary. In community, embraced by silence and the autumnal beauty of Dayspring’s Meadows and forests, we hope to awaken to new truth and the Transformative hope of oneness.
I live at the heart of a single, unique Element,
the Center of the Universe,
and present in each part of it:
personal Love and cosmic Power. –Teilhard deChardin

The silence ends after breakfast Sunday morning with a time of sharing and worship, followed by lunch and departure.
