Registration is required for Ember Days.
Reviving the ancient Christian tradition of quarterly Ember Days, these one-day retreats offer time, silence, beauty and Sabbath rest at the hinges of the year. Each Ember Day will center around a theme suggested by the Earth's season and the season of the church year—Advent, Lent, Pentecost and Ordinary Time. Through reflections on our theme, as well as time for walking, journaling and prayer, a spaciousness of heart can begin to heal the hurried character of our days.
Email Nat Reid at office@dayspringretreat.org to register for a retreat. The cost to register is $25; if you can’t afford that pay what you are able (payment information will be shared when you contact us to register).
Guests must be fully vaccinated to attend Ember Days. We are currently requiring that masks be worn indoors for all group retreats.
Ember Days are from 10-4 at the Lodge. We recommend you arrive between 9:30 and 9:45 to allow time to walk from the parking area to the Lodge and to settle in by 10. Please bring a bag lunch.
